This pipeline is not working anymore using gst 1.20.3 with, ffmpeg 5.0

Try running with '-v' and/or '--gst-debug=*:3,GST_CAPS:5' and try 
looking for differences in the CAPS.

Alternatively try reducing the pipeline to see if you can pinpoint which 
part is failing and why:

gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=/home/pi/t.ts ! fakesink -v --gst-debug=*:3,GST_CAPS:5

gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=/home/pi/t.ts ! decodebin ! fakesink -v --gst-debug=*:3,GST_CAPS:5

gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=/home/pi/t.ts ! decodebin ! video/x-raw,format=I420 ! fakesink -v --gst-debug=*:3,GST_CAPS:5
