rtsp pipeline is killed after a few seconds

Could it be 2 seconds?
So when the rtsp PLAY command is issued a keep alive interval is in the response. Something must be sent back before that times out like a rtcp receiver report on the rtcp channel or a Get_Parameters on the session.

the pipeline runs fine in a C++ project. But it is killed in a few seconds when it is run from command line with gst-launch-1.0.The platform is Ubuntu 18. What could be the reason?
