In case it helps anyone here is explanation and solution:

I had 2 usb-3 cameras plugged into a hub on a usb-c port (10000M)
but a bug in the kernel calls the hub 480M and 2 don’t go.
Either each camera on its own usb-hub or patch the kernal src
