appsrc problem

Hello，I want to ask some questions. When I use gst-rtsp-server, the whole function is normal when I use v4l2src, but when I use appsrc or shmsrc, it will take a long time to get the rtsp stream, it takes seven or eight seconds Like this, and I can't play it normally with third-party software (such as vlc, potplayer), it only appears once and then prompts that there is no cache.
