installed 1.22.2 gst-inspect-1.0 can not find va on Ubuntu

Hi, Guys,
    I installed gstreamer 1.22.2 under /opt/gstreamer and set env variablesexport LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/gstreamer/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH 
export PATH=/opt/gstreamer/bin:$PATH
the output of /opt/gstreamer/bin/gst-inspect-1.0 va returns 0 featuresIt can not find plugins.I tried to set 
export GST_PLUGIN_PATH=/opt/gstreamer/lib/gsteamer-1.0No help. What is wrong?
