installing gstreamer into visual studio

Good Afternoon,

My name is Collin Turkelson, and I work for DCL inc. I am currently trying to install your gstreamer framework into my visual studio but the plugin is not seeming to register. I have followed the steps on installing on windows to the best of my ability, but I was hoping to get some help installing this software as I was really looking forward to using it. Any help or any more information you folks can provide would be greatly appreciated.
