[gst-embedded] gst-inspect "illegal instruction" error

I am getting as "illegal instruction" while typing gst-inspect-0.10 after
copying all the cross compiled libraries,binaries etc....Please help me...I
have copied all the nessary libraries in my board. even though it is not
working. Please help me
