Quality, I just might be the odd-one-out here with my Toshiba A10. With
the polling, is there going to be a key on battery like
battery.poll_delay? i.e. setting it to zero would stop the polling, but
you could increase the resolution by setting the poll_delay lower at the
expense of disk I/O. That way we wouldn't need any nasty kludges
checking for different types of battery or set a system-wide default.
