libhal_volume_get_mount_point not returning mountpoint

Hi,
It seems that for my usb mass storage device, I don get a mountpoint on 
calling libhal_volume_get_mount_point. However, my fstab does contain the 
mountpoint ( /media/usbdisk ). Is this correct behaviour or is something 
wrong ?
