[PATCH] lshal - The next generation

Hi,

here a new patch with this changes:

 * lshal without options means: 'lshal --long'
 * added option --short|-s
 * changed short option for --show from '-s' to '-u'
 * added line to monitor mode to inform what we do
 * removed ':' from summary line in --long
 * allow combine --monitor with --long|short|tree
 * added check for better/restrict 'go out' for incorrect command options
   (e.g. print usage for 'lshal -' or 'lshal --')
