Compile error with 0.4.7

Please start with a recent HAL and DBUS version. Almost nobody on this
list has still 0.4.x HAL versions running.

Looking on these crazy options, you better start of with the package your distro
provides and look how they do it.
Or try to disable the useless "ansi" option in the HAL configure. No idea how it
can happen, that this is switched on.
