PolicyKit & KDE

Hi;

I have some problems with PolicyKit and hal-git20060807 and didnt find any 
documentation so far :(. 

After a clean installation "session    
optional     /lib/security/pam_polkit_console.so debug" line added 
to /etc/pam.d/kde, according to /var/log/auth.log needed credential file 
created at /var/lib/run/polkit-console/

Aug 12 11:47:56 localhost kdm: :0[2978]: pam_unix(kde:session): session opened 
for user caglar by (uid=0)
Aug 12 11:47:56 localhost kdm: :0[2978]: pam_polkit_console(kde:session): 
open_session for user 'caglar' @ TTY ':0'
Aug 12 11:47:56 localhost [2978]: pam_polkit_console(kde:session): 
open_session success; caglar :0 /var/lib/run/polkit-console/:0_caglar

zangetsu ~ # ls /var/lib/run/polkit-console/ -al
toplam 8
drwx------ 2 root root 4096 Ağu 12 11:47 .
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 Ağu 10 19:17 ..
-rw------- 1 root root    0 Ağu 12 11:47 :0_caglar

but, 

caglar at zangetsu privilege.d $ polkit-list-privileges
caglar at zangetsu privilege.d $ 

lists nothing unless i gave some temporary priviliege with 
polkit-grant-privileges. 

What i am missing?
