hal-set-property from a callout broken

The exact command the script is executing is:

hal-set-property --udi 
/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/storage_serial_815182355810A_U30511 --key 
block.device.pktcdvdnum --int 0

That is with either $UDI or $HAL_PROP_INFO_UDI being used, they both 
contain the same value.
