[PATCH] add Alsa MIDI devices detection

Hello,

This patch adds detection for alsa midi devices. Previously, they were
detected as oss midi devices and their properties were wrong.

I use 'hal_util_grep_file (aprocdir, filename, "", FALSE)' to read the
first line of a file, I don't know if there is a better way...
