Scanners in HAL

Hello all,

Since GnomeScan is going to be included in Gnome 2.18, i define a
Roadmap to http://live.gnome.org/GnomeScan .

This mean that i will make hal scanner support (fdi generator and
add-on) for 2.20.

I alreay wrote a script that extrat usb.{vendor,product}_id and write
the corresponding FDI, but i need to write rules for a lot of other
devices without ids (scsi, parallel, etc.). And also, i don't know how
to handle networked scanner without sane_probe_devices.
