2.6.9-42.ELsmp

[Ceylan, Hasan]

I am running 2.6.9-42.ELsmp version of Red Hat. When I do rpm -q hal, I
get "hal-0.4.2-4.EL4". But I am unable to issue the following commands?
What version of hal I need to install to get the following information:
 
hal-find-by-property
hal-get-property
