Problem launching hald

Artem, Thanks a lot for the response.

Definitely yes, not once or twice but many times. 

I've been trying to make things work for the last 6 hours, gave up and sent an 
email to this mailing list.

I have even tried to uninstall it cleanly and then reinstall it. It just don't 
seem to work !!

Any ideas ?
