radeontool and vbetool - why aren't they in pm-tools?!!

There is a bug about this in Redhat's / Fedora's Bugzilla and this will be 
fixed soon. If you want to use official Fedora rpms, you install them with:
yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update pm-utils
