[PATCH 2/2] Add JVC Digital Media Camera

Hmm... ok. At least cardreader part is really useful to me. 

There is other things can make more fun to work with this device. But I
do not know best way to fix it.

- video recorder produce mpegps video format with *.MOD suffix. Normally
applications do not know any thing about this.
- digital camera make simple jpeg images, there is only need to report
application where to locate it.
- sound recorder produce wav files, we need report path to sound
application. 


Ayn idea?
