Latitud D630 video quirk patch

Hi all,

since bios version A12 update, suspend stopped working with dell
latitude d630, while hibernate was still functional.

I did some investigation on the issue, and attached you will find a
patch for 20-video-quirk-pm-dell.fdi which solves the problem.

Hope is useful. You can see that i removed the vbe_post - I did this
because the keyboard was (randomly) not working after restore with the
vbe_post.
