hal commands not working on red hat linux

Hello,
all these commands outputs expected output for me on x86_64 with
Fedora 8. You can try restart HAL daemon:

# service haldaemon restart

Also you can check if you have latest HAL version:

# rpm -q hal
hal-0.5.10-1.fc8.x86_64

But if you believe it is a bug, please file it using Red Hat Bugzilla
at:
