I just downloaded it and put to the hal directory

And when does it take the data?
Now hotkeysetup _might_ start playing around and remapping some of the keys,
> but it shouldn't affect all of them.
I decided to remove it and to rely on hal (nothing changed). I saw that in
SUSE there is hal-setup-key* and there is no such utility in Kubuntu. Maybe
they cut it from hal?
