HAL spec link not working

On the wiki page http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/hal
under the section "Documentation", the hyperlink labeled "Latest HAL
specification"
links to the page
http://people.freedesktop.org/~david/hal-spec/hal-spec.html
which gives me a "Not Found" error.
