Keymap quirk for HP tx2 / tx2z

Attached is a patch for HP's TX2 tablet pc. This maps the scan codes for the
touchpad on/off button as well as the "MediaSmart" button on the screen
bezel. There are two other buttons on the bezel but my kernel doesn't report
any scancodes for them so I didn't map them yet
