mount as readonly

Hello HAL/DriveKit-Team,
I hope you could help me. I'm trying to mount all drives as readonly - But I
can't find the mountoptions for all drives (pluged and unpluged (new ones),
which perhaps anytime will be pluged). I want to do this for something like
an Internet-Café also for Security. I'm Using Ubuntu 9.4 (with gnome).
