Re LF and meeting in the US, the Big Pond is one issue, the Bull Dog at
the gate is another... I need to start booking visa appointments at
least 4 months before the travel date. And that means I should have no
other travel arrangements for that four months in between because my
passport won't be available (for the second half only, but). So, if
things go fast, we may even want to meet again later this year, in
Manhattan. But that's a separate issue.

I'm not LF Collab Summits are necessarily the best place for Text Layout
anyway. LGM is the perfect place really. I'm actually in favor of
having it at LGM in the following years too.
