Internally, yeah, though what about outside of harfbuzz? What do I need
it for there? I just use the functions I got from
"get_unicode_functions" that just return the values already converted to
what harfbuzz uses.

Yes. I'm just using the glib unicode functions until you finish that
"unicode info" lib you said you'll write at some point :)
