[HarfBuzz] Using harfbuzz / Howto / Sample code

Siddhant,

If you check out harfbuzz out of the git repository, there are two
sample applications bundled with it: "hb-shape" and "hb-view". They rely
on cairo and freetype being installed. hb-shape returns some text output
of the shaping process, and hb-view returns a PDF, PNG or SVG rendering
of the input text with a given font.

Please treat the source code of these tools as "sample code". They are
quite cleanly and nicely written.
