[HarfBuzz] Compiling harfbuzz-ng under Mac OS 10.6

Neither are normally available on the platforms I wish to use this on. 
Seems ironic that I need ICU (which has shaping) to get Harfbuzz to 
shape :-)

What is considered more advanced?
