[HarfBuzz] Compiling in Windows

Hi,

I have been trying to compile harfbuzz-ng in Windows but I'm stuck.

I have tried with minGW/mSYS but I could not found an autoreconf tool 
which works with that system. I have also tried with msvc (just dropped 
all the sources to see what happens). Somehow I got it compiling 
Firefox4 sources, but I could not find any .lib I could use later in my 
code.

Could someone provide some guidelines on where to start trying to 
compile hb in Windows?
