[HarfBuzz] MarkAttachmentType lookup flag has no effect

Ah, sorry.  My bad.  I thought the sequences you listed are supposed to
reproduce the problem by themselves.

I'll test with marks added.

On the positive side, Jonathan and I found a GDEF/GSUB issue and fixed it
today, which I'm fairly sure was causing this.
