[HarfBuzz] help for starting

Hello

 

I am using freetype in an application to rasterize text under Windows and
embedded Linux. Now I am facing the problem of rendering Arabic text.

 

As I have understood, freetype is not enough to do that, and I need to enter
harfbuzz or pango; but the documentation I have found for harfbuzz is very
crude and I do not know where to start from.

 

Could someone please help me pointing in the right direction?
