[HarfBuzz] I wonder why glyph 'uni0647' is not substituted with the one at 0xFEE9('uni06BE.fina') in Tahoma font

I opened harfbuzz-0.9.19-win32\win32\harfbuzz.sln by VS10
first build freetype2 and harfbuzz for lib files
and then modify sdl2\main.cpp with LINE 132: (path of tahoma.ttf  may need to fit the env)
Finally execute sdl2 project and let SDL window render the string.
