[HarfBuzz] I wonder why glyph 'uni0647' is not substituted with the one at 0xFEE9('uni06BE.fina') in Tahoma font

Were did you get that harfbuzz-0.9.19-win32 bundle?  The one I upload at
http://www.freedesktop.org/software/harfbuzz/release/ don't have .sln files or
main.cpp...
