Jonathan et al are working on pulling a new version this week.

Safari doesn't use HarfBuzz.  Chrome does, and uses a fork of Webkit called
Blink.  Jungshik (CC'ed) should be able to pull the new version in, which
would make it to a future version eventually (M34?).
