[HarfBuzz] When will the latest HB make it into FF Aurora? Webkit?

Chrome does not use WebKit any more, and Safari does not use HarfBuzz. I
think the only remaining WebKit port that uses HarfBuzz is WebKitGtk and
it should be using system HarfBuzz.
