[HarfBuzz] Harfbuzz Questions

[A BC]

I want to use Harfbuzz to produce the correct result for my writing system
(Pahawh Hmong Unicode 7.0) so that the font display correctly on the webs
and in Word Processors (LibreOffice Writer, MS Word, Web Browsers, Android
Phones, etc). I know how to program in C/C++ but when comes to OpenType
Shaping Engine I am a beginner.

Can you take a look at my PDF attachment and provide me with suggestions on
accomplishing this task? It is a complex scripts with diacritics
positioning.
