[HarfBuzz] where is the documentation

Well this is the first time I’ve used a shaper, and also the first time
i’ve been told to learn how to use a library by using a different library’s
documentation. At any rate I thought harfbuzz doesn’t do
itemization/justification/reversal, so it doesn’t seem that library even
does the same thing as harfbuzz.
