People sometimes do ask questions on github, and so far it has not been a
problem.

In response to Deepak's point re archives, I definitely use list archives
for future reference as well.  Github seems to be doing alright in search
results as well.  Eg.:

  https://www.google.com/search?q=harfbuzz+cham+rendering

Anyway.  No action for now. :)
