[HarfBuzz] Reading a GSUB subtable

Hi Behdad,

Thanks for the quick reply! Unfortunately, SMuFL does not actually hardcode
stylistic alternates. It provides some recommended alternates, but
ultimately font designers have freedom to add as many (or as few) of them
as they wish.

Glad to hear that a solution is in the works! I'll follow the issue.
