[igt-dev] [PATCH i-g-t 4/6] tests/kms_atomic: convert subtests to dynamic subtests

Subtests are converted to dynamic subtests. From the fixture
for_each_pipe_with_valid_output() is removed and put at
subtest level to give flexibility to user to test all pipes/output
combinations. However, restricted to 1pipe/1output combination
as originally written in the test. Code rework is done to
accommodate above changes.
