[immodule-qt] Slave qt immodule support and dead key issue

I've committed it into the trunk with some modifications
(including Cougar's advice). Please test. I'll backport it into
BC branch if no problem arose. Kazuki, depend on it if your
implementation need the new API.

I've also add a new copyright header into
qmultiinputcontext.{h,cpp} as following since 'Copyright (C)
1992-2002 Trolltech AS' is invalid until we have contributed it
to them. But I'm not sure whether this header is sufficient or
not. Please help to make it more appropriate.
