[ANNOUNCE] piper 0.2.1

Piper 0.2.1 is now available. Piper is the GTK-based user interface to
ratbagd.

Sorry. The datadir for the icons was wrong (/usr/icons instead of
/usr/share/icons). All fixed now. Please be at least as excited as you were
about 0.2.
