[ANNOUNCE] libevdev 1.5.5

libevdev 1.5.5 is now available. Nothing in the library itself, but we had
fixes to the touchpad-edge-detector and the mouse-dpi-tool. If you are
currently shipping 1.5.4 please update or the touchpad-edge-detector tool
may not provide the right data.

The doxyen html timestamp was removed, so this version should be compatible
with the reproducible build efforts.
