Renamed the bugzilla components

Hello,

People keep filing i965 driver bugs against Drivers/DRI/i915 because
the kernel driver being called i915.ko confuses them.  And then nobody
bothers to read their bugs for a long time.

In an attempt to help with this problem, I've renamed the Bugzilla
component descriptions:

Drivers/DRI/i915:
DRI driver for older Intel 9xx GPUs. ***Use i965 for modern hardware!***

(was: "DRI driver for Intel 9xx")

Drivers/DRI/i965:
DRI driver for modern Intel GPUs (G965, G45, HD, Iris/Iris Pro)

(it said something about "965G/Q" before, but no other names).

Hopefully this will be clearer for bug reporters.
