I was able to reproduce this. The error (paraphrased) is:

<Text>GTFFixedTestTextureCompressionASTCLDR::Apply/error: Required texture
format 93[B0-BD] is not supported</Text>
<Text>GTFFixedTestTextureCompressionASTCLDR::Apply/error: Required texture
format 93[D0-DD] is not supported</Text>
