Mesa's GLSL compiler ignores the "invariant" keyword.  This needs to be
implemented.

Some tests in dEQP-GLES3.functional.shaders.invariance.* currently fail because
of this.  Some pass by luck.  Handling "invariant" correctly should fix all of
these.
