You're actually building a lot of stuff you don't need.  This should build much
faster:

./autogen.sh --with-dri-drivers="i965" --with-vulkan-drivers="intel"
--with-dri-driverdir=/usr/local/lib/dri --prefix=/usr/local --sysconfdir=/etc
--with-gallium-drivers="" --with-egl-platforms=x11,drm --enable-debug

Thanks for the bug report, we'll have to try and reproduce it and bisect.
