Steps:
1. Download chrome, and open the link
"https://www.khronos.org/registry/webgl/sdk/tests/conformance2/rendering/blitframebuffer-size-overflow.html?webglVersion=2&quiet=0"
2.Crash happens.

Notes:
I am not sure that the issue is a mesa bug or case bug, but mesa throws the
ASSERT. If it is a case bug, please give some information why it crashes, thank
you.
