I see all kinds of STK flickering with 0.9.3 from debian testing.  I see the
same behavior on mesa master and 18.1.

This is on my Intel skylake system (HD520).

Since the behavior is consistent on our driver, it seems likely to me that a
change to STK is causing this.

Is anyone able to test on an older STK?
